The Situation 

Ultra Electronics is a world-leading defence, security, transport, and energy company, comprised of specialist businesses designing, manufacturing, and supporting electronic and electro-mechanical systems, sub-systems and products.

We have supported Ultra through significant periods of change and growth, placing a range of talent across the HR, Finance, and Systems Implementation teams.

During a period of transformation, Ultra Electronics tasked Hansen Filler with sourcing several finance professionals across their group and cyber functions on both an interim and permanent basis.

Our Solution 

To address Ultra Electronics’ urgent need for finance professionals, Hansen Filler worked at pace to source high-quality talent for several interim positions. Drawing on our extensive network, we were able to quickly identify and onboard finance professionals with the right skills and experience.

Once an interim Financial Controller was in place, Hansen Filler began the search for a permanent solution.
