John is a Founding Partner of Hansen Filler, having established the business in 2017. John has a background in Psychology and over a decade of Executive Search experience partnering with leaders of private equity, venture capital and listed businesses. Outside of work, John is a proud Welshman and enjoys spending time with his wife Victoria, daughter Ada and his infamous dog Winston.

Sam is a Founding Partner of Hansen Filler, having established the business in 2017. Sam has over 10 years' experience delivering Executive Search and Interim Management solutions to clients across Europe. Sam was previously responsible for the creation and growth of the Interim Practice at an award-winning international recruitment agency. Sam was a professional footballer by background and is a lover of sport in general! He is a proud husband to Louise, and father to Olivia and Teddy!

Will joined Hansen Filler in January 2022. He handles both interim and permanent placements, with a focus on senior Transformation and Finance appointments for our clients across a range of sectors. Prior to joining the business, Will was a professional footballer, having played for Leeds United in the Championship. During his time as a footballer, he represented England at the U17 European championships and the U17 World Cup. Will also has a History degree from the Open University, which he completed whilst still playing.

Jack joined HF in August 2021, following a career in professional rugby and 4 years at the University of Exeter, where he was awarded a commendation for outstanding academic performance. Jack is a consultant on the Interim HR team at HF, working across Europe. Jack has demonstrable success in delivering senior HR talent into a range of organisations. Outside of work, you will find Jack playing rugby in the National League or watching Formula 1.

Ben joined Hansen Filler in March 2021 and specialises in delivering senior HR talent solutions to our clients across Europe. Ben is a former footballer, having progressed through the ranks at Fulham FCAcademy before accepting a scholarship in the US. He is still a football fanatic; on the weekends you'll find him either playing non-league or watching Super Sunday!

Jess joined Hansen Filler in 2022 as a member of our Executive Search team. Jess has 2 years of recruitment experience, having previously worked at a leading Technology agency. Prior to this, she spent 9 years working as an Estate Agent. Jess has a proven track record of building relationships with both clients and candidates. Outside of work, Jess enjoys fun adventures with her husband Oliver and their son, Cameron.

John is the Head of Finance & Operations at Hansen Filler and has been with the business from the very beginning, playing a critical role in our growth to date! John ensures Operations run smoothly and that contractors and clients have a positive experience when partnering with HF. When not working, you'll find John at his newly renovated house on the East Yorkshire coast or watching his beloved Leeds United!
