The Situation 

As SMBC embarked on a journey of significant business transformation, integrating various subsidiaries within the bank, a new HR operating model was required. As SMBC evolved the function under a new HR leader, Hansen Filler supported the business through this transformational period by placing a number of leadership positions across the HR function.
