Scaling Teams with Ofcom

The Situation 

Ofcom was embarking on a significant period of change to reflect the constant evolution of the communications industry and having been given additional responsibility to regulate harmful and illegal content online.

A fundamental part of this change was the transformation of HR. Under the leadership of Chief People & Transformation Officer Kerri-Ann O’Neill, were looking to drive a strategic people, talent and culture agenda that would be at the forefront of the digitalisation of the organisation.

Ofcom invested significantly in the development of Centres of Excellence and overhauled the Business Partnering capability, providing them with a unique opportunity to attract high-profile HR talent to the organisation, with extensive Digital/Technology capability, meeting the future needs of the business.

Our Solution 

Ofcom were looking to partner with a single supplier to support in building the new People & Transformation function. Hansen Filler successfully managed the programme, including outlining a clear process with delivery timescales and fixed costs for each of the roles.
